The “Encosta de Bruma” blend comes exclusively from the terminal bud and the first leaf of the plant, which gives it a sweeter and lighter taste. This batch owes its unique characteristics to the fact that the plant is harvested between the months of April and May, this being the period of the year in which the plant, given the specific climate of the time, acquires its unique characteristics.
