Responsibility of Loja do Chá Madeira®
Loja do Chá Madeira® is responsible for the order up to the date it reaches the CTT carrier. After that date, the entire shipping and delivery process is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Any error resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer to the carrier will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery time for orders
The delivery time is counted from the day on which payment is made into the Loja do Chá Madeira® bank account. After this date, the brand guarantees that the order will be sent within a maximum of 48 working hours by CTT courier. In the event of a stock outage, the customer will be contacted within a maximum of 48 working hours and offered a replacement product of equal or greater value or a refund of the corresponding amount.

Undelivered Orders
If the order is returned by the carrier for reasons such as “Unknown”, “Moved”, “Insufficient Address”, “Refused”, among others, the reshipment will be paid for by the customer, who must make the payment within 48 working hours of being contacted by Loja do Chá Madeira®.

Canceled orders
After completing the shopping cart, the customer has 48 hours to make the payment. If payment is made after this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

Exchanges and Returns
The exchange or return of products will only be accepted within 15 working days of receipt of the order, and only in the event of an anomaly or non-conformity. Food products, such as teas or sugars, cannot be exchanged. If the exchange or return is not due to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Promotions
We do not exchange or return products purchased with promotions or promotional codes.
